Heather is a Raleigh native and attended UNC-Chapel Hill where she was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society and received her BS in Nursing. She comes from several generations of nurses and her mother always thought she would be a nurse because she was always taking care of everyone, even as a little one.
Licensed Aesthetician
Natalie is a licensed esthetician with a passion for the aesthetic industry. She is from the Raleigh area and has a background in professional make-up. She spent 6 years in New York City and Raleigh doing theater, print and cinema make-up artistry. Natalie's favorite aesthetic treatment is microneeding and she enjoys educating clients on how to treat and care for their skin. When she is not doing aesthetics, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her bird Nib and dachshund Cello.

Jeanne Hogan is an Emmy Award–winning journalist who brings a passion for storytelling and communication to her marketing role at New Life Aesthetics. Jeanne has a background as a news reporter, television host, and producer. She specializes in sharing and educating about the latest aesthetic treatments, technologies, and skincare products. Jeanne enjoys highlighting how our services and personalized care can help clients look and feel their best.
Aesthetic Clinical Assistant
Abbie is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, with minors in Psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis.
Patient Care Coordinator
Kim comes to New Life Aesthetics with many years of retail management and ownership in two businesses, giving her valuable experience in client services, resilience and leadership.
Aesthetic Clinical Assistant
Sarah Keller began her career in wellness as a licensed massage therapist, practicing for over four years at a physical therapy clinic in the Raleigh area. Along the way, she developed a genuine passion for skincare and aesthetic treatments, which inspired her to transition into the aesthetic field. Known for her calm and reassuring presence, Sarah loves creating a welcoming space where patients feel relaxed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.

Emily Roberts is the Patient Coordinator at New Life Aesthetics, where she helps create a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient. She enjoys connecting with people and making sure each visit feels comfortable, organized, and supportive from start to finish.
