      May 2020 Reopening Protocol

      1. All team members will be checked daily upon entering the office. They must be free of all of the following:
        1. Presence of cough
        2. Shortness of breath
        3. Fever
        4. Chills
        5. Muscle Pain
        6. Headache
        7. Sore Throat
        8. New loss of taste or smell
        9. Traveled in the last 30 days
        10. Been exposed to anyone with Covid-19
        11. Tested positive for Covid-19
      2. All team members will be wearing masks, as recommended by the CDC
      3. All guests must be free of all of the following:
        1. Presence of cough
        2. Shortness of breath
        3. Fever
        4. Chills
        5. Muscle Pain
        6. Headache
        7. Sore Throat
        8. New loss of taste or smell
        9. Traveled in the last 30 days
        10. Been exposed to anyone with Covid-19
        11. Tested positive for Covid-19
        1. If any of these apply, the guest will be asked to reschedule the appointment for the safety of our team and other guests.
        2. It will be mandatory to sign a Covid-19 Informed Consent. This will be loaded in your patient portal online and can be accessed from your desktop computer.
      4. All guests will be asked to complete all forms prior to arriving for their appointment. Medical history updates, COVID consent, treatment consents, post-treatment instructions etc. will be available in the portal. Please plan ahead and access these from a desktop computer, rather than a handheld device. If you have any issues, please notify the office and one of us will be happy to walk you through the process. We have also put together a tutorial video (watch it below).
      Log In to Patient Portal
      1. If you are planning to utilize Brilliant Distinctions points at your appointment, please make sure that all of your points are redeemed through the App on your phone or device prior to arriving. We will no longer be able to redeem them for you in our office but we will gladly assist you if you have any issues prior to arriving.
      2. Each guest will be asked to call the front desk when they arrive at the office. We will notify you when we are ready for you to proceed to the office.
      3. We ask that all guests please wear a face mask to your appointment. One will be provided to you if you do not have one.
      4. Upon arriving for your appointment please expect the following:
        1. Meredith or Jen will take their guests temperature and ask some screening questions
          1. Temperature should not be greater than 100.4 degrees
        2. The guest will be offered gloves and a mask to wear in our office. Hand sanitizer and/or soap and water will be made available upon entering and exiting the office.
        3. All touched surfaces will be disinfected between each guest.
        4. Guests are asked to come alone to their appointments, as no unscheduled family/friends will be allowed to accompany our scheduled guests into the office.
        5. Guests will not be sitting in the waiting area.
        6. Beverages will not be available, but you may bring your own from home.
      5. If you are in the office for an appointment with Meredith, she will process your payment and schedule your next appointment prior to your departure, at the front desk. If you are in the office for an appointment with Jen, she will schedule you for your next appointment prior to leaving her treatment room, and your preferred method of payment will be processed by our team with a copy of your invoice and receipt emailed to you that day.
      6. If you are interested in purchasing skin care products at your appointment, Meredith or Jen will be happy to assist you.
      7. If you do not have an appointment but would like to purchase products, please call our office for curbside pick up to be arranged. This is to ensure we can continue to follow social distancing to the best of our ability.
