COVID-19 Protocol (updated May 2021)

All team members have been fully vaccinated for ours, and your, safety.

All team members will be wearing masks.

All guests are asked to wear masks in the common areas of the office.

All guests must be free of all of the following:

1. Presence of cough
2. Shortness of breath
3. Fever
4. Chills
5. Muscle Pain
6. Headache
7. Sore Throat
8. New loss of taste or smell
9. Been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 within the past 2 weeks
10. Tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 2 weeks

It will be mandatory to sign a Covid-19 Informed Consent. This will be loaded in your patient portal online and can be accessed from your desktop computer.

All guests will be asked to complete all forms prior to arriving for their appointment. Medical history updates, COVID consent, treatment consents, post-treatment instructions etc. will be available in the portal. Please plan ahead and access these from a desktop computer. If you have any issues, please notify the office and one of us will be happy to walk you through the process.

Hand sanitizer and/or soap and water will be made available upon entering and exiting the office.

All touched surfaces will be disinfected between each guest.

Guests are asked to come alone to their appointments, as no unscheduled family/friends will be allowed to accompany our scheduled guests into the office.

If you do not have an appointment but would like to purchase products, please call our office for curbside pick up to be arranged.
